iPhone Unusual problem after jailbreak

Never seen this before, some app icons are slightly enlarged.

Respringed an rebooted several times - nothing.

Even went as far as restoring phone to factory, re-jailbreaking and re-installing everything. Still nothing.


Has anyone experienced this so far?

I believe its got something to do with the latest springtomize update.
