These are more sites! I actually downloaded a different browser to see if this continued and it did! I havent been even using safari

It's normal. You don't have to visit the sites. All apps that use Safari's engine will store data in the background.
 
History shows you the sites you view, website data shows all data, including all cookies and similar files created whilst browsing. This is normal. Disabling cookies will stop a lot of it, javascript all of it.

I could be wrong here (and someone please correct me if I am) but, what you posted looks like advertising and ad tracking analytics. Google is tracking everywhere you go (for one problem)

I suggest you get an app called “lockdown.” It is free and will block ad trackers etc.
