Unwanted network connection

Hello,

Since I downgrade from macOS Catalina (10.15) to macOS HS 10.13.6, every time I want to install HS using an USB stick, it auto-connecting to a very good know insecure Wi-Fi network, this inscure network is not password protected and it seems to have strongest signal than my Wi-Fi, how do I stop it?

Turn off wifi.
That will stop it.

Open Terminal and run

networksetup -removepreferredwirelessnetwork en1 Name_of_WiFi

where Name_of_WiFi is the name of the Wi-Fi network you want to remove.
