From just casually browsing this forum I can see some people have already received their redeem code for the up to date program. How long should I expect it to take as I did mine as soon as I noticed it had been launched and I still have nothing? Not even an acknowledgment email that I have used the up to date program.

I just signed up, and nothing came yet. No code or email, not even an email saying that my request was sent in. I heard somewhere online that it can take 24 hours. But I dont know. They probably are loaded at Apple with requests, so it can take some time I guess. Its not fair, I get a new Macbook Pro and I cant update right away, but people with older computers (no offense) can update now with buying it. And I got mine on Amazon, so I hope the receipt that I put on there is good enough... I dont have a hard copy of it, but only the one on Amazon.

I have done mine nearly 10 hours ago as soon as it was made available but still have had no emails.
A couple of mates did it at the same time and received their emails within 10 minutes.

Me either. Still no emails. I have heard that the codes that were released were bad on the people that got them right away, so they had to wait for another code. But I guess we have to keep waiting....
