"Update All" 3D touch shortcut broken on iOS 10

I used to be able to 3D touch on the App Store icon in my homepage and get an "Update All" shortcut. Since upgrading to iOS 10, I've only seen that shortcut come up once or twice, seemingly at random. Tried rebooting phone, quitting apps, etc but nothing seems to bring it back reliably. Anyone else notice this?

Perhaps it's only there when there are updates available?

Maybe you had or didn't have apps to update in iOS 10?

Same behavior whether or not updates are available. Shortcut is sometimes present, sometimes absent. Anyone else seeing this?

Same here i even made a thread about it but no one answered it... sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Still an issue in 10.2

Reported to Apple on numerous occasions from me when i run beta. Never seems to work anymore.
