"update all" button?

I can't seem to get the "update all" button to appear in my App Store. Does there have to be a certain number of apps needing updates for the button appear? Currently, I just have 2 apps requiring updates.

I think it's a bug because I sometimes get that. I either wait for another app update or do a hard reset. That usually fixes it for me.

Often times, simply killing the App Store process and relaunching will fix the issue.
