iPhone Update Apple ID Settings Frequently Popping Up

My wife has a new 2020 iPhone SE. Ever since she got it, she gets the update Apple ID Settings notification. She signs in and it comes back a couple hours later.

I've restarted her phone, logged out and back in to her apple ID, and restored the phone. None of these things have fixed it and she did not have this issue with her last iPhone.

Any suggestions?

If its a new 2020 device i doubt there was any choice as my friends both bought new iphone 11s and had no choice it was already on and no way to turn it off its just a pain I have been trying to get Apple to answer me as to why they won't turn it off and they refuse to comment and refuse to turn it off however if you only have 1 device you can go to settings click on your picture at the top then click security and passwords then get code a pain but the only way i have found that works which really defeats 2FA anyway but there it is
