"Update Billing Address"

I was in Safari on macOS Ventura 13.4 and tried to use my Apple Card via Apple Pay. It told me to "Update Billing Address". I tried doing it via System Settings -> Wallet & Apple Pay -> Apple Card but it didn't make any difference. Can someone tell me where / how to fix this?

Thank you. It already had an address but I went through and “changed” it. I think that was the same place I had changed it before except I did it on the Mac. Anyhow… we’ll see if it works next time I try it.
