My phone's on 5.0 right now and it keeps restarting for some reason. Can I do a restore but restore it to 5.0.1 and not ios6? Or is there a way to just upgrade from 5.0 to 5.0.1?

I am using the Gevey sim right now and can't risk to have the gevey incompatible with my phone if I upgrade any higher.

Our crystal ball is in the shop being repaired.
What iPhone model ?
Do you have any 5.x.x hashes saved ?

If you do not know, use TinyUmbrella to see if any hashes are saved.

Sorry, I'm using an iphone 4.

Saved SHSHs:
5.0.1
5.1.1
5.1.1b

You can restore to the iOS versions you have hashes for.
Because of the Gevey i recomment 5.01

You do need to stitch the SHSH to the firmware with redsn0w.

iClarified.com has tutorials on the stitching.
