Hi there, I'm getting really frustrated at the moment lol.

I want to update my iPhone and remove the jailbreak (it's slowed my iPhone down so much, and it keeps crashing, fed up with it. Honestly)

But, obviously over the air updates are disabled when it's jailbroken, right?

So I try doing it through iTunes and it needs to backup the iPhone, but my Mac hasn't got enough storage to backup 30GB (I have like 5GB remaining...).

Is there anyway to either remove the jailbreak or update without having to backup the device?

NOTE: I want to keep all my stuff.... I don't want a full restore...)

Cheers

Note sadly it's not as simple for me to clear up space on the Mac, my Aperture photo library is over 400GB and I've got a 512GB SSD. :-/

Purchase more iCloud space for one month so that you can backup there instead of your Mac. Then restore via iTunes on your Mac and it'll update iOS for you. During the setup, choose "Restore from iCloud" and once that's done, switch your iCloud storage plan back to free if you don't want to keep paying for it.
