Hello, I would be more than grateful for any advice. I have 10.14.6 Mojave working fine on my 2009 now 5,1 on a SSD with a Radeon RX 560 metal GPU card. The firmware in “About this Mac “ says 141.000. I believe it should be 144.000. How do I update and is there any advantages? Thanks Don
