I still have 32 bits apps on my iPhone that is running iOS 11.
Is there any way to ditch the notifications this app needs to be updated.
It's spamming my lock screen

The only way to do so would be to delete those apps. They won't run on 11 anyway, so you might as well get rid of them to save some space.

Ino they won't run unless updated fingers crossed will be at some point reason I have left them. Got over 70gb free so not short of space but notifications are annoying.

Good to hear you have the free memory! Yeah, you never really know - could be surprised by an update to 64bit sometime. Have you tried contacting any of the developers or finding replacements? Surely not new advice, but it might be a good idea to move on from some of your apps. Being nagged sucks though, in any case.
