Before this update I always had a choice to bookmark the page or save to a reading list. Now save to reading list is the only choice. If what I see on my iPhone is legitimate I need help in navigating this; otherwise this would be a bug that needs to be fixed later. Any agreement?

Update of iPhone XR to iOS 15.4

I have the option to bookmark on safari using the square with arrow coming out of it (share tab). My iPhone X is on 15.4
What version of iOS did you update from? This is the share tab iOS15
The start page your showing only allows you to see your bookmark menu, you can't bookmark the start page so the share tab is greyed out.

15.3.1 Everything has always worked properly with all my aps up to this point. I always was installing the latest recommended updates because of bug fixes and security issues. But 15.4 has done something to my iPhone and I do not know what to do specificially with Safari.

Since you say "save to reading list is your only choice", I'm guessing you're seeing something like this.
You need to swipe up to see all your options...
You could also tap 'Edit Actions...' and update your Favorites so they (or whatever you want) are always the first two options to show without needing to swipe up.
