Hello.
Should I delete these files? Mac says I could get into the trouble. On Windows I deleted some files like that many years ago and then I had problems with computer. This looks something that has to be there but Mac software is very clean so this is weird.

I can't see the Update volume in the Finder, but I can see it in Disk Utility. Better not to mess with it.

It's located at Macintosh HD/System/Volumes/Update.
IMO, it's never a good idea to delete folder/file unless you're absolutely sure of the outcome. It can lead to a very unpleasant surprise.
