Update to 5.1.1 Notification Badge Stays

I updated to 5.1.1 but the notification badge on settings has not gone away. I have tried restart, hard reset, checking for update. Keeps saying up to date but badge still there. Any help?

While you're in the Settings app, hold down power button until you see the Red Bad at the top and let go. Then push Home Button until you're back to the homescreen. That should force quit the app.

I have the same issue as OP and tried the above method. The notification bubble is still there. Are there any other method?
