Update to beta 4 now stuck at loading screen

I was updating to beta 4 and suddenly it was hanging at the loading screen. Been waiting for 5 hours and my mac mini is hot as hell while there's no progress on the loading bar.

Tried to restart and hold Cmd + R but still unable to restore back to Mojave ( I don't have time machine back up and usb drive mojave installer). Anything I should try or just bring to Apple Store? I don't have much data to lose so just want to get back to mojave.

Hold "Command + Option + Shift + R" to boot

Mine got stuck too. I’ve been trying to recover, but I’m getting stuck after the first reboot for Mojave. It’s asking for a password and none of mine work. It’s really frustrating, but it is beta software soooo

Managed to erase the Mac and can only reinstall a clean Catalina copy with Internet Recovery rather than Mojave. Will live with it for now but don't think I will install beta again next year.
