Update to iPhone 4.3 beta 1 after redsnow tethered jailbreak iPhone 4?

Please help as I am stuck. How do I get from iPhone 4 tethered jailbreak to be able to instal Beta 1 of iOS 4.3 on my iPhone? Should it just instal? I get a message saying that I am not eligible.

I am eligible, my ID is registered with a developer account.
