update unlocked iphone

i had a 1.0.2 unlocked iphone. when i update, jailbreak and install ssh on it with iNdependence, my phone get locked and i couldnt unlock it with anysim. today with independence i downgrade my phone to 1.0.2 and then update it to 1.1.1 but still cant unlock it.
 
i restore my phone and now i cant do anything with itunes and independence. even can not restore my phone any more and can not activate it with independence.
what can i do now?
