Thank you for this infoIt is still there but you have to touch and hold the space bar on the keyboard.
The magnifier is gone, supposedly you should just see the cursor itself and move that around, but often it’s hidden under your finger so it’s certainly not as good or user friendly as it used to be with the magnifier.I HAVE JUST UPGRADED MY iPHONE 8 TO IOS13.1.2 (17A860)

The magnifier is gone but if you move your finger down keeping it on the screen once the cursor appears you should be able to see it. There’s a whole lot of new learning to do.The magnifier is gone, supposedly you should just see the cursor itself and move that around, but often it’s hidden under your finger so it’s certainly not as good or user friendly as it used to be with the magnifier.
Unfortunately often enough it doesn’t happen and the cursor ends up staying under the finger rather than being above it. It certainly worked better with the magnifier—doesn’t seem like there was really any reason to change and get rid of it.The magnifier is gone but if you move your finger down keeping it on the screen once the cursor appears you should be able to see it. Neither all that obvious nor any better it seems (and can actually be said to be worse). It works but frankly, I liked the magnifier a heck of a lot more than the larger cursor. Took me a while and some googling to figure out how to to make it work. The change certainly isn't obvious.
