iPad Updated Air 1 smart cases?

Does anyone know if the new color leather smart cases will be released for the first gen Air? Been eying a dark brown or midnight blue since they came out for iPhone 6. On apple.com it seems as of now they are just selling black as I didn't see the older colors from last year.

I highly doubt you will see any new colors for the Air 1

I'm holding out hope. Seeing that the iPad Air wasn't discontinued, but is replacing the iPad 4, I can't see how they are only going to sell the black color leather smart case. **Crossing my fingers**

When the 4 was the $399 budget model like the Air 1 is now, they only had the dark grey smart cover available.

I would not expect anything new for the Air 1.
