I have this problem with my bootcamp setup, I had it all going nicely and never had any troubles with it when I first got leopard and loaded both mac and windows onto it. (why not )
I recently got it sorted out with apparently a slightly newer version of the operating system along with iWork programs and then connected to my new work network.
Since having it returned, I can no longer see the windows option when I go to the start up disc tab in system preferences. I can see that it is there when I go to finder, it just isn't there as an option to boot up with that hard drive.
I tried the boot camp assistant, but that only really allows new formatting, and doesn't recognise the windows part as the same hard drive.
In the last year I moved to South Africa from the UK so all my windows discs were left behind and I would really rather not loose my windows stuff, is there any way I can make my computer recognise the windows part as a viable start up disc again?
ANY help would be a LOT of help, thanks in advance
