Since I updated to ios 510/17/11 I no longer receive texts on my iphone 3gs. I can send them only once in awhile but some ppl are getting them as an email, not my cell number. No visual voice mail either. Been to Apple 2x's today and now they want to delete my entire phone and restore it back to new, losing all my info. They have no clue and are saying it was a bad software transfer. I would be happy to just get my text messages. anyone have any suggestions??
