Updated on 09 MBA- fan won't stop

I upgraded on a 2009 MBA.
The fan runs constantly now.
Starts within a minute of starting up the machine and the only way to stop it is to shut down.

It wasn't happening with Lion.
Anyone else in the same situation?

I was getting this at first - i put the machine into sleep mode, the fan went off after about 2 minutes. Closed the lid, went to make a cup of tea, came back and opened the lid - all fine.

Just tried it.

Seems to work fine.

24 hours later and it is still happening loads.
Running very hot too- I'm going back to Lion tomorrow.
