I have never used Parallel, but I see they have a trial.. Theoretically could I jailbreak my iPhone with Pangu with Parallel? Am asking because I don't have access to a PC. Thanks

***EDIT***
It worked like a charm. Trial version of parallel with trial version of Windows 10 (technical preview) once everything is setup you have to install iTunes and of course Pangu, the whole thing took about 1.5hours but is well worth it if you don't own a PC.

10 out of 10 very easy to do, I recommended it to anyone who's willing to put the time in. Cost 0$

The answer, is that yes you can actually, not theoretically use Parallels to perform the jailbreak. Due to the way Parallels 10 sees USB devices with Windows 10, it might not work with Windows 10.

I recommend using Windows 7 or Windows 8.

I did one on Win 8.1 and one on Win 7 on mine in VMware Fusion. Worked fine both times. For easiest and most reliable, just select "connect to windows ALWAYS" when it pops up asking for where u want the USB connection directed.
