iPhone Updated software whilst jail broken, how to downgrade

I was jail broken on 6.1 but my cousin borrowed my phone and updated it to latest iOS without asking me, now I'm really p*ssed because I can't jailbreak it. Cydia did show 6.1 blobs but I don't know how to retrieve them

Does anyone know what I can do?

Which iPhone are you using. I think that the only way to use them is if you're on a 4. I could be mistaken.

6.1 is jailbreakable. If its 6.1.3 then you can't jailbreak.

Since he said that he is using an iphone 4, yes he can JB it. However it will be a tethered jb.
