Updated to 11.4 and lost audio

updated to 11.4 on my iPhone 7 on Sunday and then lost audio on my phone.

Can’t make or answer calls unless on Bluetooth.
Can’t listen or make new recordings unless on speaker.
Every outbound call the audio option (speaker, Bluetooth, handset) is grayed out.

Any suggested help? Authorized Apple store said I would have to send it back. $350 + repair.
