I updated to the new version and now when ever I'm open up a app and then go to the next one it shows on the bottom dock as this

You should be posting this to the thread on the Beta -

I get this on the released version of 13.4 too. Whatever app is in that position in the dock has a red dot on it. It’s like a notification badge, but with no number or apparent meaning.

I been having the same issue.... been with Apple support and they have no idea what going on and keep saying notification error.
apple mention that it might be a iOS software bug and wanted me to restore iOS without restoring back which I did and after usage for 1 day, it appear again.
My work around is to disable enable the ‘ recent apps on dock’. But then it will still come back.

I'm getting them too! I never install beta versions of the software. I just did a clean install of iOS 13.4 and I am still getting them. No one has figured out what they mean yet?
