Updated to iOS 12 and can't find Restrictions

I always used the Restrictions option in Settings due to my kiddos always on YouTube. Appears they removed it.

I tried searching it... Can anyone find the option where I can turn off the Delete Apps option now?

I think you have to enable Screen Time in Settings first, then restrictions are a sub option
