So I updated to iOS 9.3 and my YouTube app is missing. I assumed that I could just go to the App store and re-download it, but the button doesn't say "Get", instead it says "Open". When I click that, the phone does nothing.

Any ideas?

It happen to me too when I updated to 9.3 just restart your phone and everything should pop right back up
