Updated to iTunes 12.6 yesterday and again today

I updated to iTunes 12.6 yesterday and today I got another popup message to update to iTunes 12.6. I updated both times. Are there ay differences in the two updates?

Yesterday's was build 12.6.0.95.

Today's is build 12.6.0.100.

I was in the middle of downloading the first iTunes 12.6 when — poof! — it was pulled from Apple's servers.

There must have been a nasty bug discovered, but I haven't seen any reports of what it was.
