Updated to Public release today..then..

Did not get the update notification. Dowloaded the entire 6GB package and installed.

NOW, I am getting a notification to do an update 10.11.1 Do I do this? What will it do? I thought I installed the final that I downloaded from app store.

You are still enrolled in the Public beta test program. Go to System Preferences > App Store and change the setting to stop seeing beta updates.

OH....I SEE...... they released the Public 10.11 AND the beta of 10.11.1 ON THE SAME DAY!!!!!

Why would they do that? Oh well, I may do it anyway.
