Updated to the latest Beta, Am i the first to learn there's a "Family App"

I updated to latest beta, and safari auto opened to this site, with a link to a family app. Anyone else new to this, or am i late to the game?

Edit/update: Clicking the link to open in family app, does nothing but refresh the page it seems.

Seems like that is intended to be some sort of setup page for family sharing via iCloud. With that being said, the lack of an actual icon there makes me think it's a placeholder for something coming closer to the public release of Sonoma and iOS 17.
