You've gotta add BytaFont back to your jailbreak- go with the FONT of your choosing (in your case, the original font) and then restore.
Full restores keep the font that is on your iPhone whether it is custom or stock.

I updated to 8.4.1 b2 though so can't Jailbreak.
 
Oh, in that case the long workaround is to go back to 8.4; jailbreak, and change your font back via BytaFont and then go back to the BETA. Truly a hassle, and unless your current font is so outlandish as to cause you anxiety, I'd just roll with it.

How about updating to iOS 9 b4, would that remove it?
 
Interesting and a creative question... as iOS9 BETA does use a different font. . . I'd give that an attempt, as you may be on to something. Worse case, you're just back to where you are with no harm done other than your time. Please let us know if that works.

That worked.

Didn't really want to go back on a iOS 9 beta but it sorted the problem.
