Updates not showing up?

I'm running Lion server with the Software Update server running. It shows that there is a Thunderbolt Firmware update and the Java 2012-003 update. But when I run Software Update on a client, it says that I'm up-to-date. The only thing I can see wrong is this:

[Mon Apr 16 10:13:51 2012] [error] [client 192.168.2.5] File does not exist: /var/db/swupd/html/content/downloads/55/43/041-5436

Any help would be appreciated.

To be sure it's not a wild goose chase, go to Library>Preferences and move the com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist to the desktop and re-run SW Update. Can always move it back.

I had a similar problem with a SL Server, until I set SUS to automatically copy and enable all updates from Apple.
