Just bought a new iMac (27"/3.5/18,3) about three weeks ago and get this msg. about updates; I'm clueless. Any suggestions??

I just remembered that I did change my apple ID recently (I believe it was AFTER I bought the new iMac). Would changing it back to what it was help? Is this even possible?

Since hundreds of people viewed my question and didn't respond I assumed that no one would be interested in the solution; I was wrong, you were interested and instead of simply asking what the solution was you chose to give a snarky response and I responded in kind.
