Catalina 10.15.7 I can't download iMovie from the App Store. But I just need the software to edit short videos. Very basic. If you have a suggestion that would be great.

For Catalina, you need iMovie 10.1.16 or iMovie 10.2.3 (if it's 10.15.6 or later).
Depends on which Catalina you have.
