All Devices Updating Apps in the App Store

Hello,
Just today I have noticed that when I go to update apps in the app store, there is a short time where it looks like it is going to start downloading the update, but then it just stops and goes back to saying update. I thought it was my wifi, but it doesn't appear to be. I am running 13.4. But really just wondering if anyone else is seeing this currently.

I saw this yesterday on all my devices and it finally started working. I’m wondering if Apple isn’t having some service issues

I was thinking the same but it seems like maybe asking was a good idea

so i figured out a fix, i deleted an app and re-downloaded it. after that all of the apps with updates started working.
