Probably an issue with the Public Beta, but since 11.2 beta 4 (I think), but Photos won't finish updating people. I have about 1400 photos on my phone, so not a lot. I've had it powered overnight and during the day several times, and still have that message. Is there anyway to stop the process, or restart it?

Try a hard reboot (volume + power) until it reboots.
That should usually solve photos app issues after iOS updates or restores.

I’ve done that multiple times but will try again. Thanks.

Still not working. Running the final version of 11.2. Detailed the Public Beta profile, restarted, plugged in my iPhone overnight several times and still have the message, "Updating People...To finish updating your people, lock your iPhone and connect it to power." I've done it. As I've mentioned, I have about 1500 photos, so I don't know why it's not updating.

Where is the status reported?
