I have a question for the developers that have been testing the betas of iOS 5. I've got the gold master on my devices at the moment. I'm pretty sure it's identical to the public release, iOS 5.0. Is this true? Is there any reaso. To install the public release of ios 5?

Also, when the first update arrives, will the gold master get updated automaticly as if it was the public release? I've restored so many times, that I'd really like to not have to do it again.

It's the same.

Yes, the GM is identical and will behave the same way when upgraded.
GM is just exactly the same thing of the public release, just a week earlier :)

That's great to hear. After doing so many restores with all the beta updates, I'm glad I don't have to do it again :)
