Hey all,

So, I just got back from being abroad for the past two months with my iPhone (unlocked 1.1.4 using PwnageTool 1.1). My computer stayed home, thus iTunes, PwnageTool, etc. are all at the same versions as they were back in mid-June. I want to update to 2.0, but the unlock factor is no longer important to me (I just wanted it unlocked while I was abroad).

My question is this: should I re-lock before updating iTunes and the iPhone firmware, or is it safe for me to update both iTunes and the iPhone to their newest versions, respectively, with my unlocked (via PwnageTool!) iPhone?

Thanks for the help in advance!!

i would install a clean 2.0 first and then use the newest pwnage to get a jailbroken firmware
also i would unlock my phone just because you never know when it will help (since it isnt really any harder to unlock than to not unlock)

Can I install the clean 2.0 or 2.0.1 over the unlocked 1.1.4? Or do I have to re-lock/un-jailbrake it and everything first?
