Hey all.
So just a quick question.
I'm going to be updating to El Capitan soon. Currently my mac works by running the OS from an SSD, and everything else on an HDD.
Now the 'Desktop' folder is also on the HDD. Do I need to do anything before updating? I just don't want to accidentally bork the system if the update decides to install a second desktop on the SSD or something.
