I was wondering this. If we have 13.1 beta... are we missing anything that's in GM? I kind of think we have GM but I rather have confirmation. Anyone?

Yep, in the instructions it says, "These links are verified through Apple's website, so they're totally legitimate."

I've downloaded the IPSW file, but I keep getting this alert. Is there a fix for this?

I am happy to report that my iPhone 7 update from iOS 13 PB7 to iOS 13.0 GM on a Mac went super smooth. Neither Apple developer’s account, nor any special software (Catalina or XCode) were required. Here is the update recipe, step by step:

1) downloaded the corresponding IPSW file from the links in this forum (a large 3,95 GB file, so it took me about 10-15 minutes);
2) connected the iPhone to the latest iTunes in macOS Mojave (unlike in previous iOS 13.0 betas, this time iTunes could actually “see” the iPhone, just as it did with iOS 12);
3) while holding “alt” button on the keyboard, clicked on “Check for Update” button and selected the downloaded IPSW file. At this point iTunes told me it needed to download an update, so I okayed it. Downloading the iTunes update took about a minute or two, then iTunes restarted in order to install the update.
4) I then reopened iTunes and repeated the ALT button + check for update step above. This time, with iTunes updated, it told me that iTunes will update the iPhone and verify the update with Apple.
5) The whole installation took about 7-10 minutes and the iPhone updated itself without any overheating, as it is often the case with OTA updates.

Now happily running iOS 13.0 build 17A577 and deleted the beta profile. Next “normal” iPhone update - to iOS 13.1 in early October. Meantime, will continue going through iOS 13.1 betas on my iPad Air 2, as there is nothing better for it to run until 30 September anyway.

Apple had quite a funky beta cycle for us this time round, so best of luck to all!

Hi,
I'm having lots of problems and I need some help...thank you!!
I was on 13.1 beta 3....did a backup for that on iTunes...installed the GM...for some reason, not everything was transferred over. I tried to use the backup that I did on iTunes and it wouldn't install...going backwards, from 13.1 beta 3 to GM 13.0 doesn't work. Called Apple they said to reinstall 13.1 beta 3 and do a restore from my backup that I did....I'm doing that now for it been almost 2 hours and it's still not done.....i

Updated to new itunes. Shift click update and installing ios 13 gm. Everything seems to be smooth.
[doublepost=1568241057][/doublepost]update complete. So far so good. Windows itune by the way.

Just curious if I do this with my phone will I still get notifications on my Apple Watch or does that have to be updated as well?

I’m going to update my new phone to 13.1 then restore. It’s not like I plan to stop betas just because I swapped my phone. Ha

So these of you that upgraded to the GM, is the performance stable? I’m thinking whether I should upgrade now or just wait till next week for official release

My phone is working great. I did a fresh install though. (Didn’t use a backup and set up as new) if you’re worried though, it might be worth holding off.

Worked perfectly for me. Windows, iTunes, shift update to select file. Updated automatically. No issues at all.

Edit: Just a note that iCloud backups will likely fail if you have a 13.1 backup saved. You will need to delete that backup in order to make a 13.0 backup.
