The internet on my 1.83GHz Mac Mini Intel Core Duo is very slow, its a pain to update the software for the mini itself, and for my iPad. It is upstairs from the AirPort base station.

My MBP and iPad have great internet speeds.

Im going to upgrade the AirPort card in in to 802.11.n with using the following guide;

And these parts;

Ive taken the mac mini apart before and upgraded the HDD, so im not worried about the actual dismantling and putting back together of the mac.

But, as the new aerial is outside the casing at the back, im wondering if there is a simpler plug in booster option, or any others that i dont know about before taking it all apart?

Thanks in Advance.

clarkee. :)
