Hi All,

I read much of the HI-DEF upgrade post by baxter... I did several searches as well.

What I'm trying to understand is if I can swap my 1280x854 display in my powerbook (which has failed due to droppage) with the 1440x960 display available in the 1.67Ghz powerbook??

On the site which sells the OEM screen it claims it does not work as an upgrade, but I'm willing to do some modification to the foxconn etc... if I can get it working.

Has anyone done this? The replacement displays are basically the same price eitehr way.

Best,
Jesse

OK. I have a chance to try this using my friends 1.67Ghz so I'll report back the results in case anyone in the future is interested....
