Upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1

I was not able to find any other posts that could answer my question.

I just purchased an unlocked iphone with version 1.0.2. I want to get the most current version but I am using my iphone with T-Mobile. Will the anysim stay installed if I update to 1.1.1 and 1.1.2?

I am not to worried about jailbreaking it. That seems pretty easy. I know how to pick which version I want to upgrade/downgrade in to itunes but I have not worked with the anysim install process.

You can only go to 1.1.1 if you want to keep using it with T-Mobile (provided you're in the USA). Here are the steps you need:
