Have a 2016 pro A1706 EMC 3071 i7 16GB 3.4Ghz 1TB logic board

Is there anything else that will fit, 2017 or later that may possibly get me to 32gb and Ventura?
 
I think I found a 2017 logic board that fits my model I believe.

GENUINE LOGIC BOARD 3.5GHZ I7 16GB 1TB (661-07715) A1706 2017

Will it run Ventura? lol. Thanks for your response
