Hi,
After upgrading ram and cpu i want to upgrade my HDs (i use my mac for music recording)
In this moment i have a ssd owc on slot 1 for booting and apps. If i understood well i will not have any benefit if i move it on a pcie card. The overall performance will remain quite the same...no benefit for the value/price. For this reason maybe i can use a ssd pci for storage libreries that need fast read/write performances (ssd or m.2?)
Moreover, i'd like to add a 6TB HD (wd black series) for storage other libreries. Is it better to use internal sata bay or a usb 3.1 pcie or esata pci?
Thanks
