Hi!
I have this MBP early 2011, upgraded to 8GB ram and a 256GB SSD. It's not dying and still fast!
Issues: battery is slowing dying, but that is fine. Fan seems to run a lot when running Zoom.us conferencing service. Graphic card is not performing as it should for Zoom.us. Sometime the video cameras of the other participant are just black and sometime mine is.
Should I now be upgrading?
Question about the CPU; mine has a "Core i5" 2.3 13-Inch (Early 2011/Thunderbolt) features a 32 nm "Sandy Bridge" 2.3 GHz Intel "Core i5" processor (2415M).
How can I compare this to the newer mbp, 13in, 1.4GHz quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor?
Will I run into issues again regarding the graphic card?
Can I upgrade the ram / ssd by myself or they are soldered?
Thanks!
