Upgrade memory/harddrive for macbook?

Hi there. I have a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 1GB RAM 80GB HDD white macbook. I was wondering if there's any way to upgrade my ram and harddrive, since i dont want to have to go out and buy a whole new computer. Thanks.

yes both are very very easy

just do a quick google lookup for the hd upgrade

as for ram, look in your macbook user's manual as it has instructions

Thanks for the replies. So now that I know how to upgrade, can anyone tell me what type of RAM and HDD I need in terms of dimension and capacity? I'm looking to get 2 gigs of RAM.

I, along with many people on this site, recommend the Hitachi 7k200 hard drive. I just put it in my MBP and it is running like a champ!
