It sounds like the line you have is not the authorized account owner line, to upgrade through the Apple app. If you have just that one line, you would more than likely have to talk to Verizon and find out why that 1 line is not the authorized account owner.

They said (Verizon) that everything is fine on their end. I don’t know. I give up. If they can’t figure it out and Apple can’t figure it out what am I to do?
